DRIFT works on every Shopify plan — Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. The theme is built on Shopify 2.0 (Online Store 2.0), which is supported across all plans. No workarounds, no limitations.

One-time purchase. You pay once and the theme is yours forever — no monthly fees, no recurring charges. Your purchase includes 1 year of updates and support. After that year, your theme still works perfectly — if you want continued updates and support, you can renew your license for another year.

No. DRIFT is a standard Shopify theme — you upload the .zip file in your admin under Online Store → Themes → Add theme, and it's ready to customize. If you've ever installed a Shopify theme before, it's the same process. We also include setup documentation with every purchase.

If you want hands-off setup, we offer a $30 theme setup service that covers uploading the theme, configuring your logo, colors, and navigation, and adding up to 3 products so your store is ready to preview. This is theme setup only — it does not include full store setup like domain configuration, shipping, taxes, email flows, or bulk product uploads.

DRIFT is built on Shopify 2.0, so any app that follows Shopify's standard integration methods (app blocks, script tags, theme app extensions) will work. That covers the vast majority of popular apps — Klaviyo, Judge.me, Loox, Shopify Email, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and so on.

The only apps that might need minor adjustments are ones that inject custom CSS targeting specific Dawn class names, since DRIFT uses its own class naming system. This is rare and usually a quick fix.

Instantly. After checkout you'll receive an email with a download link for the theme .zip file. No waiting, no approval process. You can upload it to your store immediately.

Each license covers one Shopify store. If you run multiple stores, you'll need a separate license for each one. This is standard across the indie theme space — it lets us keep prices accessible while sustaining development and support.

Yes. Reach out to us and we'll set you up with a discounted upgrade so you only pay the difference between tiers. You won't lose any customizations — the higher tier just adds more sections and features on top of what you already have.

If you have a tight catalog (under ~20 products), strong product photography, and just need your store to look premium — Starter does that. You get the vertical swipe feed, the glassmorphic UI, dark/light mode, the full product page, and the AJAX cart drawer. That's a complete, shippable store.

If you need filtering, sorting, content sections for your homepage, or an announcement bar — you'll want Pro. If you run drops with countdowns, low stock urgency, and product badges — that's Studio.

All tiers include 1 year of updates and support with the option to renew annually.

Your purchase includes 1 year of email support. If something breaks, if you hit a wall during setup, or if you need guidance on customization — reach out and we'll help. We typically respond within a few hours during business days. After the first year, you can renew your license to continue receiving support.

Support covers theme functionality and setup questions. It does not cover custom development, third-party app conflicts, or full store builds — those fall under our development services.

Your purchase includes 1 year of bug fixes and updates within your tier. When we push an update, you'll get an email with the new .zip file and a changelog so you know what changed. After the first year, your theme still works perfectly — if you want to keep receiving updates, you can renew your license for another year. Major new features may be added to higher tiers over time, but your tier will always be maintained during your active license period.

Because DRIFT is a digital product delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds after download. We encourage you to check the live demo thoroughly before purchasing so you know exactly what you're getting. If you run into a legitimate issue with the theme after purchase, contact us — we'll work with you to resolve it.

The Shopify Theme Store has strict design and feature guidelines that push every theme toward a similar structure. DRIFT is opinionated on purpose — the vertical swipe feed, the glassmorphic UI, the no-font-picker philosophy. That's what makes it different, and that's what makes it feel like a custom build. Selling independently lets us keep that identity without compromise.

DRIFT uses system fonts by default for instant rendering and zero layout shift. Pro and Studio include a custom font toggle if you want to load your own. Colors adapt automatically through the light/dark mode system — you control your accent color through the theme editor. The design is intentionally constrained so your brand comes through in your imagery, not in a 40-option settings panel.
