Every project is scoped individually based on what you need. Custom builds start at $2,000 and go up from there depending on complexity, number of custom sections, integrations, and timeline. We'll send a detailed proposal after your discovery call so there are no surprises. Yes — we require 50% upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the store goes live. This protects both sides and keeps the project moving. Most custom builds launch in 2–6 weeks. Redesigns are typically 1–3 weeks. Timeline depends on project scope and how quickly we receive your brand assets — logos, photos, copy, and product info. The faster we get assets, the faster we build. We stand behind our work. If something breaks post-launch because of our build, we'll fix it — no questions asked, no time limit. That's not a 7-day window, that's just us taking accountability for what we shipped. Yes — most of our clients are fully remote. Everything runs online: a discovery call to kick things off, shared files throughout the build, and a walkthrough call at launch. Location has never been an issue. After the proposal is accepted and the deposit is paid, we send over a Brand Assets form. We'll need your logo, brand colors, fonts, product photos, and any copy you have ready. The more complete your assets, the faster and cleaner the build. Yes. Before we start building we collect everything — your brand colors, references, style direction, and goals. That way we're building aligned from day one, not guessing.
