Product License

WEBEXP, LLC License Agreement

This license agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of any digital product ("Product") purchased from WEBEXP, LLC. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

WEBEXP, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Product on a single Shopify store. Each purchase includes one unique license key. One license key authorizes use on one Shopify store only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Transfer, sell, sublicense, or give away the Product to any third party without written permission from WEBEXP, LLC.
  • Modify, copy, clone, distribute, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Product without written permission from WEBEXP, LLC.
  • Share, publish, or make your license key available to others.
  • Use the Product on more than one Shopify store per license key.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any WEBEXP application or software.

3. Updates and Support

Standard License: Valid for one year from the date of purchase. All updates released during the license period are included at no additional cost. After expiration, the Product remains fully functional but no longer receives updates. To continue receiving updates, contact the WEBEXP team with your order number via the contact page to renew. Renewal is optional — there are no automatic charges.

Extended License: Provides lifetime access to all future updates, new features, and security patches at no additional cost.

Support is available via email at contact@webexp.dev. While we strive to respond within 24 hours, guaranteed response times are not provided.

4. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once the Product has been purchased. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WEBEXP, LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from the use of the Product. Your use of the Product is at your own risk.

6. Termination

WEBEXP, LLC reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and remove it from your store. Violation of these terms will result in a permanent ban from purchasing future WEBEXP products and may result in legal action.

7. Changes to This Agreement

WEBEXP, LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the WEBEXP, LLC website. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
