Purpose: to fulfill your order, process payment, deliver digital products, communicate order updates, provide invoices and confirmations, and screen orders for potential fraud.

Inquiry & Project Information
Collected from you when you submit an inquiry through our Hire Us page or contact us about custom services.
Information collected: full name, email address, company name, Instagram handle, business industry or niche, service type, budget range, target audience, project goals, competitor or inspiration websites, project details, and how you heard about us.
Purpose: to evaluate your project inquiry, follow up with you, schedule discovery calls, prepare proposals, and deliver custom services.
Shared with: stored within Shopify. May be shared with project-specific contract specialists (such as app developers or designers) only as needed to fulfill your project.
Brand Assets & Project Materials
Collected from you after you engage our custom services and submit materials through our brand assets form.
Information collected: brand colors, fonts, logos, product photography, copy, content, and design preferences.
Purpose: to complete your custom project as agreed upon in your proposal.
Shared with: project-specific contract specialists as needed. All materials are treated as confidential.
Email & Marketing Information
Collected from you when you subscribe to our email list, complete a popup signup, or make a purchase.
Information collected: email address, name (if provided), purchase history, and email engagement data (opens, clicks).
Purpose: to send you marketing communications including product launches, promotions, new feature announcements, and post-purchase follow-ups (delivery confirmation, check-in emails, review requests, and upgrade recommendations). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Review Information
Collected from you when you leave a product review.
Information collected: name (or display name), email address, review content, and star rating.
Purpose: to display reviews on our product pages as social proof and to improve our products based on feedback.
Shared with: Judge.me (our review platform).
Customer Support Information
Collected from you when you contact us for support.
Information collected: name, email address, company name, phone number (if provided), and details of your support request.
Purpose: to provide customer support and resolve issues.
SMS Marketing
If you opt in to our SMS marketing service, we may use your phone number to send you text notifications related to your order (including abandoned checkout reminders), promotional offers, and transactional messages such as review requests.

Minors

Data Retention
When you place an order or submit an inquiry through the Site, we retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you request that we erase it. Project materials and brand assets are retained for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterward to support maintenance and follow-up services.

Automated Decision-Making
Our payment processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud. This includes temporary blacklisting of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (persists for a small number of hours) and temporary blacklisting of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses (persists for a small number of days).
These measures do not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Your Rights
GDPR (European Economic Area Residents)
If you are a resident of the EEA, we process your Personal Information under the following lawful bases: your consent, performance of a contract between you and WEBEXP, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, and our legitimate interests which do not override your fundamental rights.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you (Right to Know), request correction or deletion, and opt out of the sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information.
